Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 1, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to LaundryGo! (“we”, “our”, “us”).

LaundryGo! is an on-demand platform that connects users (“Customers”) with independent laundry and cleaning service providers (“Vendors”).

By using the LaundryGo! app or website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Role

LaundryGo! acts as a technology platform only:

  • We connect Customers with Vendors
  • We facilitate payments and logistics (where applicable)

LaundryGo! does not directly provide cleaning services. All services are carried out by independent Vendors.

3. User Accounts

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep login details secure
  • You are responsible for your account activity

We may suspend accounts for misuse or violations.

4. Services Offered

Includes:

  • Wash & Fold
  • Wash, Fold & Iron
  • Dry Cleaning
  • Express Cleaning
  • Other services (home cleaning, fumigation, etc.)

Availability depends on Vendors.

5. Orders & Pricing

5.1 Pricing

  • Vendors set their own pricing
  • Per Kg, Per Item, or both

5.2 Per Kg Orders

  • Laundry is weighed at the Vendor's premises
  • Final price = price per kg × measured weight
  • Final price may differ from estimate

By ordering, you agree to this.

5.3 Acceptance

  • Vendors may accept or reject orders

6. Payments

  • Processed through the app
  • LaundryGo! may hold funds until completion
  • Payments are final unless stated otherwise

7. Pickup & Delivery

  • Instant or scheduled
  • Vendors handle pickup & delivery
  • Timelines are estimates

LaundryGo! is not liable for delays.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancel before pickup
  • After service starts, cancellation may not be possible
  • Vendors may charge cancellation fees
  • Refunds are case-by-case

9. Responsibility for Items

  • Vendors responsible for cleaning and handling
  • Customers must check pockets and declare special items

LaundryGo! is not liable for:

  • Damage, shrinkage, color loss
  • Pre-existing damage

10. Prohibited Items

  • Illegal or hazardous items
  • Chemically contaminated items

Vendors may refuse such items.

11. Ratings, Reviews & Platform Use

  • Reviews must be honest
  • Abuse or fake reviews may lead to suspension

Customers agree not to engage Vendors outside the LaundryGo! platform for services initiated through the app.

12. Limitation of Liability

LaundryGo! is not liable for:

  • Service quality issues
  • Damage or loss caused by Vendors
  • Delivery delays
  • Indirect damages

13. Intellectual Property

All rights belong to LaundryGo!.

14. Termination

Accounts may be suspended for:

  • Violations
  • Fraud
  • Abuse

15. Changes to Terms

We may update Terms anytime.

16. Governing Law

Laws of Kenya apply.
